Parenting Through The Storm: A free online event featuring Ann Douglas, parenting author and mother of four. Pre-registration required. 

Webinar description: Learn about Ann's journey raising four children with differences and her advice on coping skills and self-care. Join us on Tuesday, April 21st from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm ET for Parenting Through The Storm, a free online event which will feature coping strategies for parents who have a child with a mental, neurodevelopmental, or behavioural challenge. Topics to be covered include coping with worry, when to act, where to turn for information and support, and self-care. This free online event is presented by Morneau Shepell's Children's Support Solutions.
